The purpose of the Drake Hockey Club is to provide a community at Drake University in which students can continue playing hockey at the collegiate level.

Drake Hockey Club was founded in 2021. Since then the team has grown tremendously. Projected to be complete by the summer of 2028, Drake Hockey Club will have their own rink located at Merle Hay!

Currently, the Drake Hockey Club is a premier club sport at Drake University and is a part of the ACHA D3 program. Our team consists of 17 players; 8 forwards, 5 defenseman, and 4 goalies.
